The 8 Week Program


A comprehensive 8 week program of education, personalized mentoring, and support, designed to help you understand:

  • What your body is saying to you about your monthly period health

  • How endometriosis fits into the picture, and,

  • What concrete steps you can take using nutrition, lifestyle strategies and natural medicine to bring you real and lasting relief from crippling endometriosis pain and related health problems.

By implementing an endo-specific combination of research based and clinically tested diet, lifestyle and nutritional changes, you will have shifted your body to healthier hormonal balance, reduced internal inflammation, strengthened your body’s natural resilience and brought about significant and measurable change to your endometriosis symptoms, including:

  • Dramatic pain relief from monthly cramps, nausea and headaches

  • Increased energy levels and freedom from debilitating fatigue

  • Improved digestion and reduced bloating – no more “endo belly”

  • Improved reproductive health & wellness to optimize fertility or enhance IVF outcomes (if conception is a goal)

  • A stronger physiology and ongoing strategy for reducing risk of future illnesses such as certain types of cancers and metabolic disorders, and

  • A transformed outlook, mood and optimism about your health and monthly period wellbeing.

What’s Included:

  • 10 education sessions Taken at your own pace, these are designed to deliver a deep understanding of endometriosis and how it relates to a woman’s overall monthly period health and general wellbeing. You’ll find specific information about digestion, diet, hormone functioning, inflammation, detoxification, stress management and supplementation.  With lifetime access to these materials, they’re yours to review and reference when needed, as needed.

  • 8 weekly coaching calls (100 hours of professional support) with Dr. Natalie Bozinovski ND., MSc.  These are designed as an open forum to answer questions, problem-solve challenges, or deepen understanding of the material.  No question is left unanswered.

  • Comprehensive diet and nutrition plan with supporting recipes.  In this 14 day plan, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recommendations reflect an optimal combination of healthy nutrition, anti-inflammatory foods and foods that can close nutritional gaps.  All in support of overall health & well-being and endo symptom relief. 

  • Three 1:1 coaching sessions with our Mindset Coach, Helen Giffen.  Any change, even positive ones, can be made challenging by environment, personal habits or mindset.  In these unique sessions, you’ll have an opportunity to seek help with any obstacles to your journey. 

Optional (add-on) for clients in Ontario, Canada:

  • A Comprehensive set of Specialized Health Tests (3) with interpretation and action plan. These tests provide information about genetics, hormones, impacts of stress, mineral levels, and heavy metal exposures to provide a more in-depth and specific analysis of the individual’s internal functioning.  With this information in hand, we’re able to see what’s specifically getting in the way of balance and recommend more targeted recommendations for removing those obstacles.   

    Tests are offered at a practitioners cost and are conducted by top quality, accredited laboratories. 

    Results will be reviewed and interpreted in additional, dedicated professional consultations.
